OH EIGHT!

Tuesday night, I went out with some of the girls I went to High School with.  At first I told myself I wasn't going, and convienced myself that I wouldn't have fun.

Boy, was I mistaken.  I had sooo much fun!!!

First of all, I had this awesome friend in High School.  She was great, she was my rock. We went through a few boys, a lot of fights and tons of drama together.  But she was always there.  ALWAYS! Theres was no doubt in my mind she was my best friend.  After High School though, we lost touch.  Only talking everyonce and a while, that quickly became not at all. Truely, this upset me.  I always knew if I ever needed anything no matter what time day or night, she would always be there, even still til this day.  She would be there.
Tuesday night, I sat and talked to her for like 4 hours, non-stop.  IT WAS AMAZING!!!! We caught up on everything each of us have missed over the past 4 years.  I have never laughed and cried so much in the same conversation in my life.

Then, a friend, a best friend, we'll call her Susie.  We got to talking, very inappropriate talk, and I mean "even Kati J. doesn't do that!!!!"  Ha I'm cracking up right now just thinking about it!!!! I really can't go far into that conversation, but it was great!!!!!

We ended the night at Good Tymes, which I mean we all know how Kati J. feels about that place..  I HATE IT but it was fun and a good tyme.  We were the only 4 girls in the place. Thank Heavans.

OH, and Kelly Kessler had her first beer at good tymes, ever.  Well I mean not her first beer ever, but it was her first beer at good tymes.  And once again you probably all think I'm nutzo, but really, in Dupo, you go to good tymes on your 21st birthday.  Its just something you do.  Really it is.
Thankful Thursday!

In honor of Thanksgiving, I suppose I'll do a 'Thankful Thursday.'

I'm very thankful for quiet a lot today.

For one, I have awesome family.  Seriously, they are AWESOME! They support everything I do, no matter what.  They help me when help is needed, even non-solicited help, and I'm thankful for that.

Two, I'm thankful that I have GREAT friends.  They led hands when hand are needed, and even an ear when they're needed.

Three, I'm thankful that Belle (my dog) has a great dad.  He doesn't live near her, but even if we're not civil with each other, he begs and pleads to see her.  And he is happy as can be to see her even if it is just for ten minutes.  Tonight he came to see her and spent and hour with her, and played and played and petted, and scratched all she wanted.  She was in 'hog heaven' to see her daddy.

Four, I would love love love love to say I'm thankful for a job.  But, unfortunately, I don't have a job right now.  But I am thankful for unemployment.  I have paid into it for 6 years. I deserve what little money I do get every month to help pay the bills I do have.  But I hope wish and pray that I get a job soon!!!!! Once again.. Shout out.. I NEED A JOB!!!!!!

Five, I'm thankful for my sweet little baby girl.  She's great!!!! She's annoying and a pain sometimes, but when I'm upset and need a pick-me-up, she's there with her wonderful kisses!!!!

Well, thats just a little insight to what I'm thankful for this Thanksgiving!!! Of course, I'm thankful for health and happiness and all that junk that everyone else is thankful for but you already know that.

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and ready for black Friday shopping.

Sometimes...

A freak'n men!

You know life gives you lemons sometimes.  No really, it does.  Instead of making lemonade, I'm throwing those bitches away and getting oranges..

Men Boys are stupid.  SERIOUSLY.  K??  Notice I said 'boys?'

I honestly don't think 'men' are stupid.  A real man would not hurt a girl for no reason, but personal gain.  A real man will do what he knows needs to be done to make a woman happy.  A real man will protect a woman when protection is needed.  A real man will hold up a woman when she is down.  A real man will tell her everything will be fine, maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but it will be fine.  He will promise her that.

You can call me bitter all you want.  I don't mind.

Short, sweet and to the point.:)
Bricen's 1st Birthday

Yesterday was my friend Ivy's son's 1st birthday!!! He's such a spoiled, loved little boy!

Unfortunately, they live all the way in Hannibal, so I dont get so see them as much as I would love to, so he doesn't really know who I am.  But, I did get to hold him and play with him today.  He's sooooo stink'n cute!!!!!

Bricen's Aunt Amber has a pretty neat wheelchair.  He loves wheels!

Bricen also has some pretty sweet Hickey Aunties!!!!!! We love him sooo much!

Hickey Auntie Katie Shanks and Bricen!

Bricen, me and his mommy!

He was interested in opening presents for a whole two seconds until he got the first one open
then all he wanted to do was play with that toy.

Okay, mom, you open all my toys I'll play with this one.

NO, mom I will not open them!

He got a pretty sweet Cardboard box!!!

Hi!

Get this thing off of me!!!!!

He hardly touched his cake, but he was fast asleep after we sang to him!

Bricen and Auntie Katie when he woke up.
All in all, I think Bricen had a pretty sweet first birthday!! He got a lot of toys and some new cloths.  He hated having his picture taken.

Mom and I goodwill'd on the way to Hannibal, but that's a whole other post.  Coming soon:)

Confession Friday:)

I confess that last night I vented to someone I probably shouldn't have vented to.  BUT it felt soo good to let out a lot of stuff I've been holding in for a long time.

I confess that I need to find out who my friends are.  I know I'm only 21 and I have my whole life ahead of me.  but the future isn't looking to bright with the "friends" I have, if that really what you want to call them.

I confess that people who post things to facebook and won't ever explain their posts to anyone just erk me.  Like really.. We all know ALL you want is attention.  You want everyone to know you in a bad mood, and really noone cares.  Take up your problems with the people you have them with instead of posting them to facebook. SERIOUSLY.

I confess that I am really super excited for Bricen's 1st Birthday tomorrow.  Its gunna be a long car ride, but I can't wait to see baby Bricen, Ivy, Katie and Lindz.

I confess that I have a lot on my mind that I would love to tell the blog world, but I really wish I knew exactly who read my blog, to say all the things I want to say.

Well Thats really all I have this week. :)
